Unstuck Yourself Day 1

Its been a long, stressful fall, winter, and spring, maybe for just me or for everyone. Lots has happened and lots of changes for me in these short months.....I'm tired, stressed, and unmotivated....


I Love Mel. I read her book, The Five Second Rule. She is so interesting that I read the entire book in one night.

I found this on Facebook and she said share with my friends....So that is what I'm doing....the First Video was enlightening and disheartening (in a self growth way) all at the same time, but I super pumped to hear her Part 2 Of Training...
